Uluomatootua Aiono – Interim Chair

Ulu is the founder of the high technology enterprise resource planning (ERP) software company COGITA. Beginning in 1983 Ulu and a number of company-leaders have grown COGITA into a specialist, international ERP software Technologies Company operating in both New Zealand and Australia.

Ulu is the past treasurer of the Rotary Club of Manukau and is now chair of the Pacific Island Chamber of Commerce. Ulu has been a member of the Auckland University of Technology council since 2003 and since 2004 has been on the universities Ethics committee. Since 2006 Ulu has been a member of the Auckland Regional Economic Development Forum and is also a member of the Manukau City Tourism Forum.

Ulu has been married for 31years and he and his wife Margaret have one son and live in Manukau City. Ulu and his family are active members of the Otahuhu Salvation Army church.

Wayne Williams - Trustee

Wayne is a Chartered Accountant and former partner of KPMG. He has extensive experience from the corporate and public sectors, specialising in the commercialisation of new businesses and the financial management, restructuring and divestment of mature businesses.

He commenced his health-care consulting in 1992 in the Bay of Plenty and has subsequently provided management consulting expertise to the CEOs and senior management of the Auckland metro DHBs by the application of leadership and independent financial and commercial skills to large-scale project management assignments. This has included the review of DHB provider development strategy and the review of provider governance and management structures.

Wayne is also a trained teacher and has taught physical education in his early career. He is a keen sportsman; his interests have included rugby, indoor basketball, squash and tennis.

Terry Dibble - Trustee

Father Terry Dibble has been associated with the Peoples Centre Trust for a number years and currently acts as a board member for several other community organisations including the Kauri Trust.

A Catholic Priest, Terry is committed to social justice and the kaupapa of the Peoples Centre Trust. Terry volunteers as Chaplin at Mt Eden prison and works tirelessly within the community. Terry has been resident of Grey Lynn for well over twenty years and is an avid sailor.

John Paterson - Trustee

John is the Provider Arm Manager for He Kamaka Oranga Maori Health at the Auckland DHB, and has been since 2006. Prior to this role John was the Maori Operational Manager for Waitemata DHB for 14 years.
John's role is primarily to develop and implement the Maori Provider Arm Strategy for the organisation, and manage the current Maori Provider Arm Service. The Provider Arm service supports Maori patients and their whanau when they are in the Auckland Hospital, so that they can identify the supports patients will need when they are discharged back to their homes.
John is of Ngatikahu Ki Whangaroa descent on his mother's side, and Te Aupouri on his Grandfathers side, and has lived in Tamaki Makaurau for 48 years. John and his wife have been married 39 years, and have 3 adult children, and 8 grandchildren.
